The journal ‘Standard of Living of the Population of Russian Regions’ publishes the results of scientific research and practical developments, analytical materials of leading specialists in Russia, Near and Far Abroad. Articles in the journal are published free of charge, no royalties are paid. The editorial board does not charge the authors for the placement of articles in the public domain, reviewing, as well as the content of the website and electronic deposit of manuscripts. The journal has received public recognition and is intended for a wide range of readers interested in solving the problems of living standards and quality of life in Russia: employees of executive and legislative authorities at the federal and regional levels, labour and social protection agencies, trade unions and public organisations, state extra-budgetary funds, relevant scientific organisations, as well as for teachers of higher educational institutions, doctoral students, postgraduates, applicants and students studying social and economic sciences.
