ABSTRACT

Giving attention to the strangeness of differences between a regular western memory studies concepts and priority values of Russia memo-politics the author analyzed troubles of developing Russia complete philosophy of memory at the beginning of the 21 century. The case of troubles is discovering by describing of contradictions between theory of memory and memory policy, by secondary status of Russia memory studies regarding to the West memory studies, and also by the case of dividing of collective memory structure of domestic philosophical culture on “before”, “under” and “after” the historical materialism. The research shows come backgrounds which, on the one hand, call to critical analysis of western memory studies concepts for overcoming its deontological episteme and, on the other hand, it calls to critical analysis of the soviet “historical cognition” concept for overcoming its materialistic episteme about a social being. Theoretic and methodological sources for solving this tasks, as the author thought, are related with theories by L.S. Vygisky, A.F. Losev, E.V. Il’enkov, G.P. Shchedrivitcky, L.A. Zelenov, V.A. Kutyrev and others. Results of this studies presents some conceptual characteristics of the complete philosophical theory of collective memory, among them are, on the first. background of an ontological nuclear which discovers complete system of fundamental relations of a man/ society with its own history; on the second, inside of this ontological system must be separated the social memory as a special collective mechanism of relations with past history; on the third, to discover dialectics between collective and individual memory and commemoration; on the forth, o discover dialectics between everyday memory and historical memory; on the fifth, o discover dialectics between oblivion and memory in the structure of social revolutions and reforms.

ABSTRACT

Philosophical understanding of state, sovereign thinking as the basis of public opinion is aimed at substantiating the idea of sovereignty (self-dominance as self-identity) of the individual, society and state in accordance with cultural, historical, civilizational and religious traditions of succession, with the goal of establishing one’s own author’s position, developed on the basis of universalism, consistency and integrity as objectivity, insuring against risks and errors. Sometimes in a number of studies, the emphasis is placed on the biological, bodily-economic component, and sometimes on the psychological (even psychopathic), or more precisely, psycho-somatic. This article also highlights the equally important spiritual, philosophical and religious aspect of the topic. At the same time, the following very important point is clarified: when they speak specifically about the cultural-civilizational aspect, then this, in fact, is rather a clarification of one of the three above-mentioned aspects, as certain representative databases in the form of sociological or historical samples. When defining the subject of research, talking only about the ontological as biological, only the physiological and even economic dimension of the political world and the processes occurring in it means missing the opportunity to consider this subject in the greatest number of options. The very assessment and qualification of anything as just a “biological”, or natural, or materialistic (dialectical-materialistic), or economic principle, due to its reflexivity, is not purely biological, etc., but also simultaneously, and the methodological, epistemological, cognitive stage. Any, no matter how specific, empirical fact in the legal, socio-political field is a set of abstract judgments, which, nevertheless, require philosophical and strategic tracing of the connection with the mechanism of its implementation in real society.

ABSTRACT

In the second part of this article, the relationship between the quality of population and the quality of its life is considered in the aspect of life activity in the unity of the complex of needs, interests and values. On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the "economic" approach, according to which the need is generated by production, the definition of "needs", which is more consistent with modern approaches, is formulated as unresolved contradictions (or broken correspondences) between the human body and the surrounding reality. The phenomenon of interest, as the removal of dialectical contradiction between the inner world of man and the environment external to him, as well as a realized need is considered. The role of "motives" in the chain of "needs - interests - motives - stimuli" to action is defined. Motives in this interaction play the role of an internal inducement to activity, and stimulus (antistimulus) strengthen (weaken) this inducement. The problem of values, defined as the reason for the subject's actions, his position in relation to socially acceptable behavior, moral and socio-legal norms is analyzed. Values are considered as one of the sources of social development. The author's position is formulated, which consists in the fact that social policy, aimed mainly at meeting human needs, forms and preserves paternalistic and dependent expectations, while the policy that meets the interests of the individual, has as its goal the creation of conditions for his life activity, aimed at ensuring by his own efforts personal well-being and, thus, society as a whole. It is shown that practical ways and means of realization of human needs, interests and values from the point of view of public morality and laws model value orientations, which are the most important elements of the internal structure of personality, which people are guided by in their daily lives, and the goals they would like to achieve. The attitude of the state to the interests, values and needs of citizens in the USSR and the Russian Federation is analyzed. It is concluded that the deployment of human research from demographic processes to the analysis of interdependence and interaction of population, economy, social, spiritual spheres and politics allow us to identify the right ways to improve the quality of man and the quality of his life.

ABSTRACT

The presented first part of the article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical issues that reveal the concepts of "quality of population" and "quality of life", as well as their relationship. At the center of the study is a person and the historical analysis of social development. In contrast to the econocratic approach, the authors rely on the hypothesis of the complex influence of demographic processes of fertility, mortality, migration, family, relations between men and women, generations on the quality of the population and the quality of its life. It is shown that the influence of the economy on human behavior, including the actual demographic processes: fertility, mortality and migration, is large, but not comprehensive and far from linear. The authors draw the reader's attention to the interdependence of the quality of the population and the quality of its life. Their position is that it is necessary to recognize demography in accordance with its original meaning in the science of describing the people, and not by its "calculation", which continues to dominate in public practice. It is emphasized with a fact that demographic science, in the center of which is the study of the population as a system, its quantity and quality, allows to obtain the results of the long-term impact of demographic processes on the economy and politics necessary to improve the quality of the population based on the growth of the quality of its life. The quality of the population and the quality of its life in the presented study are considered in interaction and mutual influence. The methodological message of the authors - to go from a person, means the deployment of human research from demographic processes to the analysis of the interdependence and interaction of population, economics and politics. In the second part of the article, a person's life will be considered in the unity of a set of needs, interests and values that determine his quality, and the degree of satisfaction with their implementation will be the quality of their life.
