Editorial Policy of the Journal

All submissions must address issues related to living standards and quality of life, taking into account the list of academic specialities approved by the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) in which the principal research results of dissertations submitted for the degrees of Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences are required to be published.

Articles are published in the Journal free of charge, and no royalties are paid to authors. The Editorial Office does not charge authors any fees for open-access publication, peer review, website maintenance, or the electronic archiving of manuscripts.

The Editorial Office may enter into agreements with authors for editorial and publishing services, including article translation, processing charges, and other additional services.

Reproduction or republication is permitted only with the prior consent of the Editorial Office and must include a mandatory reference to the journal Living Standards of the Population in the Regions of Russia. The Editorial Office reserves the right to publish articles on external platforms, translate them, and reproduce or distribute them, provided that due reference is made to the journal Living Standards of the Population in the Regions of Russia.
