All submissions must address issues related to living standards and quality of life.

Articles are published in the journal free of charge, and no royalties are paid to authors. The Editorial Board does not charge authors any fees for open-access publication, peer review, website maintenance, or the electronic archiving of manuscripts.

The Editorial Board may enter into agreements with authors for editorial and publishing services, including article translation, processing charges, and other additional services.

Reproduction or republication is permitted only with the prior consent of the Editorial Board and must include a mandatory reference to the journal Living Standards of the Population in the Regions of Russia. The Editorial Board reserves the right to publish articles on external platforms, as well as to translate and reproduce them, provided that due reference is made to the journal Living Standards of the Population in the Regions of Russia.
